I have been sooooo busy here lately. As the summer hits I had the boat motor worked on & things have not gone well with having it run as it should . I located a new outboard mech. in our area that has worked very hard to fix the problem & not just get the money & run like the others have done me.
Bill & I in May took all 3 dogs headed to Archusa to camp for the Memorial Day weekend. First off: put the boat in & it would not run, next the brand new AC unit we spent 2 days installing would not cool a bit, next it rained the whole trip [everyday] ..on that Sat. we got 5 inches...I went & bought a canopy sunroom...we put it up in the rain... got it together & it rained more in it than out of it. We had to take it back down in the rain & return it to the store. I finally figured out that sometimes the Lord just wants ya to sit down & watch the world. So we did that.
We are slated to go back to our spot at Archusa June 15-21. We bought another AC unit [it hads been checked out fully this time], the boat has been rebuilt & ready.....Im looking forward to this trip..I think we will need to have twice the fun to make up for the last trip.
