Stevie "RABBIT" has joined the angels.He was called to heaven 02/07/09 as a result of injuries
sustained in a auto accident.
Oh, I will so dearly miss, in this world, my preciuos lil RABBIT!
It was always such a great joy to see Stevie light up when I sang
'RABBIT IN THE LOG' at the local bluegrass pickins.
Stevie could only communicated with sounds of grunting & body thrashing in his wheelchair .....
He made many joyful grunts for me that exceeded any applause I ever got,
or will ever get in the future.
I will miss you Stevie & a huge piece of my heart is in heaven before I get there!
Love you & I will see you again someday RABBIT!
Little Angels
When God calls little children to dwell with Him above.
We mortals sometimes question the wisdom of His love.
for no heartache compares with the death of one small child,
who does so much to make our world seem wonderful and mild.
Perhaps God tires of calling the aged to His fold.
So He picks a rosebud before it can grow old.
God knows how much we need them and so He takes but few,
to make the land of Heaven more beautiful to view.
Believing this is difficult still somehow me must try.
The saddest word mankind know will always be "Goodbye".
So when a child departs we who are left behind,
must realize God loves children,
Angels are hard to find.

Even though I did not know Stevie personally. Through the medium of internet I got to know a little bit of him and the friends around him. I offer my condolences to his family and friends and I hope that he is now in a better place. Take care Stevie, you may not be with us in body but I know you are with us in spirit.
